CORVALLIS, Ore. – Back by popular demand, Nectar Creek Meadery is reintroducing Sting, a beloved honey and ginger mead drink set to hit the market in May 2022. Mead, the oldest alcoholic beverage in the world, is made from fermented honey.

Made from pure, unfiltered honey and fresh, hand-pressed ginger, this golden infusion is the headliner of Nectar Creek’s 2022 rotating seasonal lineup. By marrying honey with ginger, this exquisite drink offers a sting of warmth, a hint of sweetness and a dry finish.
