1. Savage Land
May 7 and 14
Find out what inspires you at this wild event. You will have the chance to meet Kenya & Tsavo, a pair of endangered Bateleur eagles, hawks, owls, hawks, eagles, wild cats, reptiles and more. Be sure to duck out at the flying bird show, as you get closer than ever to raptors from around the world! There will be activities for all ages, including animal encounters, crafts, games, and more.
2. Sale of plants
May 27 to 29
You can brighten up your garden while benefiting wildlife when you shop this special sale. There will be a huge selection of beautiful perennials for sale at affordable prices. Proceeds benefit the nonprofit mission and animals at Hawk Creek Wildlife Center. Plus, you can take a self-guided tour of the Center for a donation of $5 per person.
3. Photo day
June 18
This is a rare and special opportunity where you can photograph wildlife up close, without barriers and in a natural setting. Amateur, amateur and professional photographers are all welcome! You will have the opportunity to photograph eagles, owls, hawks, wildcats, and more. Additionally, there will be live flight demonstrations.

4. Animal Play Day
June 18
This family event welcomes all ages. Bring the kids with you for a day of animal play that includes flying bird demonstrations, wild cat talks, and a variety of practice and enrichment activities.
5. Wild Brews
June 25 and September 10
This event is wild in more ways than one. You’ll feel like a VIP as you mingle with wildlife while sipping seasonal beer and wine. Plus, there’s live music and food. Your ticket includes a drink ticket, free photo experiences, flying bird demonstrations, close encounters and a chance to win a raffle. This is a fundraiser not to be missed. Come and go wild at this 21+ event!
6. Enchanted Wild Festival
August 6
You never know who or what you will meet around the corner during this festival. It can be a wildcat, a princess, an eagle or even a superhero! This enchanting experience is fun for all ages and full of activities the whole family can enjoy.
7. Spooky Safari
October 1 and 8
It’s never too early to get in the Halloween mood. You are welcome to come in disguise for this spooky safari. You’ll have the opportunity to explore the not-so-scary trick or treat trail to encounter spooky but friendly Halloween creatures!
Get a season pass
If you plan to visit the Hawk Creek Wildlife Center multiple times this year, getting seasonal passes makes sense. You can get an individual pass or a pass for the whole family. Season passes include admission to Wild Earth Day, Play Day, Enchanted Wild Fest and Spooky Safari.
